General

By engaging Bendigo Auto Air & Two JJ’s Pty Ltd for repairs, servicing, or parts supply, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full upon completion of all work, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to commencement.

• Bendigo Auto Air & Two JJ’s Pty Ltd reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until full payment has been received (lien).

 

Unpaid & Uncollected Vehicles

• Any vehicle left unpaid and uncollected for a period exceeding 12 months from the date of invoice will be deemed abandoned.

• Bendigo Auto Air & Two JJ’s Pty Ltd reserves the legal right to sell or dispose of the vehicle to recover all outstanding costs, including (but not limited to):

  • Repairs and parts

  • Storage fees

  • Administrative and recovery costs

 

Storage Fees

• Storage fees may be applied to vehicles not collected within a reasonable timeframe after completion of work.

• Customers will be notified where applicable.

 

Authorisation of Work

• Customers authorise Bendigo Auto Air & Two JJ’s Pty Ltd to carry out repairs and/or supply parts as requested.

• Additional work required will be communicated where reasonably possible.

 

Parts & Warranty

• New parts supplied are subject to manufacturer warranties.

• No warranty applies to second-hand or customer-supplied parts unless required by law.

 

Liability

• While all care is taken, Bendigo Auto Air & Two JJ’s Pty Ltd is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles

  • Pre-existing faults or failures unrelated to work performed

 

Loan Vehicle Terms

• Loan vehicles may be provided at the discretion of Bendigo Auto Air & Two JJ’s Pty Ltd.

• The customer agrees to return the loan vehicle with the same fuel level as provided. If not, a minimum refuelling charge of $20 will apply.

• Loan vehicles are not to be kept overnight unless prior approval has been given.

• The customer is responsible for the vehicle while it is in their possession and agrees that:

  • All tolls, fines, infringements, or penalties incurred during the loan period will be forwarded to and payable by the customer.

  • In the event of damage, the customer will pay the $2,000 insurance excess.

  • If the cost of repairs is less than the excess, the customer agrees to pay the full repair cost, with repairs to be carried out by a repairer nominated by Bendigo Auto Air & Two JJ’s Pty Ltd.

  • If the vehicle is stolen while in the customer’s possession, the customer agrees to pay the full market value of the vehicle, along with any additional costs incurred as a result of the theft.

 

Acceptance

• Collection of the vehicle or payment of invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
